Our Story at GeoVista

We started GeoVista back in 2015 with a simple idea — to help aspiring writers find their voice in an ever-changing media landscape. What began as informal weekend sessions has grown into India's most respected career development platform for journalistic excellence.

Our team has worked with over 500 students, many who've gone on to write for major publications across Asia and beyond. We're not just teaching writing — we're building the next generation of storytellers who'll shape how we understand our world.

Our Mission & Values

To empower India's next generation of journalists with the skills, ethics, and confidence to tell the stories that matter.

At GeoVista, we believe great journalism isn't just about good writing — it's about curiosity, integrity, and the courage to ask tough questions. Every day, we're guided by these core principles:

  • 1

Hands-on learning beats theory every time

  • 2

    Ethical reporting is non-negotiable

  • 3

Success means seeing our students in print
